CIRCUIT RACERS

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and SpotPixle Studios LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the game "Circuit Racers" (the "Game"), including its online multiplayer, chat features, leaderboards, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Online Features

The Game includes online multiplayer, chat features, and leaderboards. By using these features, you agree to:

• Respect other players and refrain from offensive, abusive, or harassing behaviour.

• Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in public or private chat.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using online features.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to content or users violating these terms.

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game and any associated intellectual property remain with us. You do not own the Game, but rather have a limited license to use it under the terms of this EULA.

6. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game to enhance or fix issues. These updates may automatically install, and you agree to receive them as part of your continued use of the Game.

7. User Data and Privacy

8. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the Game at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Game and cease all use.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
